"Dancin' in the Streets" (David Ruffin and Eddie Kendrick)

"This extraordinary, never-before-aired, "lost" concert [featuring David Ruffin and Eddie Kendrick] was part of a road show that toured through 21 cities in the summer of 1987. This live footage was shot at the second concert, at the Great Western Forum in Los Angles."-(liner notes)

"IT'S WONDERFUL....THIS IS THE BEST CONCERT FOOTAGE we've seen of either David or Eddie, they don't cut the songs, it's the entire show. Wait till you hear him talking to the audience, he does this all through their performance. 'Statue of a Fool' will have you crying, he looks/sounds so great performing this. There is a part on 'Just my Imagination' where David is singing "Every night on my knees I pray" he starts out on his knees then walks over to Eddie, they hold each other as he sings in a soulful, crying voice, it soooo touching, keep playing it over and over. ....NOTHING WE HAVE COMPARES WITH THIS.....You will be speechless for days. Beg, Borrow or steal a DVD player, buy this now."- "lovethevoices" (this show is also available on VHS)

"The Original Leads of the Temptations with special tribute to Eddie Kendricks & David Ruffin". (a. k. a. "Street Gold") (David Ruffin, Eddie Kendrick, Dennis Edwards, and Damon Harris.)

Here is a message from Street Gold: "Just to be clear for everyone...The Video Street Gold...The Original Leads of the Temptations with a special tribute to David Ruffin & Eddie Kendrick...is still in print but back ordered. Anyone reselling it on the internet is breaking the law. And hurting the families who produced it...like the Kendrick & Ruffin Family... "

" It combines the temptation music, history and personal recollections from David, Eddie, and Dennis in a memorable documentary of the original leads of the temptations. It also includes interviews with Daryl Hall, Damon Harris, the Dramatics, Mary Wilson, Stevie Wonder, and Barrett Strong. The tape is $1.00 less if you mention the David Ruffin bb- cost $24.00 per david tucker @ street gold. The tape is a must for temptation fans! The procedure for ordering street gold is to send a $24 check to street gold, attn: david tucker . . . They take personal checks." " –reminds Glenn

"It is a 92 minute tribute to David and Eddie Kendricks in their later years. It is riveting and emotional and filled with music and interviews with David and Eddie." –raves "Artist One"

"Motown Presents the Temps and the Tops" (various Tempts' members)

    (Out of Print)

"Jonel" says ". . .. it is a print of the video that was done on them for Showtime and was hosted by Stevie Wonder. The nice thing about it is that it includes a lot of video footage of both the classic and current Tempts and has performances by Ali-Ollie Woodson (Treat Her Like A Lady & Lady Soul--includes segment with Cholly Atkins), Richard Street (Higher and Higher). Also has some great footage of "Standing on the Top" from the Reunion tour. It lasts an hour with the first 30 minutes devoted to the Four Tops (I'm a devoted Tops fan too) and the second half, The Temptations. It has that segment from the Motown 25 special where the Tempts and Tops battle it out. It's one of my favorite videos. If you have a chance to get it, I wholeheartedly recommend it."

"HOLIDAY GREETINGS FROM THE ED SULLIVAN SHOW" (Classic Tempts)

The Tempts perform a medley of "My Girl" and "Losing You." They are a little too happy during "Losing You," but they still a good job (but what else would you expect.)

Here is a little note about Music Video Distributors from Addie: "Regarding the Music Video Distributors 610-650-8200 from Norristown, PA: They used to keep the Dick Clark Vol. 2 Golden Greats video's in stock but don't anymore do to low demand (haha, not anymore guys). However, They order them special for you, and there's about a 2-4 week wait, but they definitely can get them so put in your orders now. They're $20 plus $4.95 shipping, so if you can get them cheaper and faster somewhere else, do it, but it's not available in many places anymore so get 'em while they're still around. It's a great performance, lip sync or not."
